Extra-vergin Olive Oil

Organic oil cold pressed

Every year, during the period between October and November, we produce our extra-vergin olive oil by just pressing our olives.
Our typical Tuscan cultivars (Leccino, Moraiolo and Frantoio) create a fruity extra-virgin olive oil, with characteristic flavour of almond, non-aggressive to the palate, ideal for simple dishes where its taste is enhanced.
