Our specialties are typical Tuscan homemade dishes, based exclusively on fresh foods, mainly organic, biodynamic and from the season, cooked at the moment, so as to keep all their taste.
To ensure the highest quality of products and a good level of service, Borgaruccio restaurant requires its guests to kindly always pre-book lunch or dinner.
For organisational reasons we remind that:
the time of arrival for dinner it is strictly from 20.00 to 21.00, while your arrival for lunch from 12.30 to 13.30.
The philosophy of Babette narrated by Claudia
My passion is cooking, I discovered that when I was 12 years when I
spent all my savings to buy the famous Robot chopper. I wanted to cook
just to be able to use that new incredible invention!
Now at Borgaruccio, during our special evenings where I cook for my guests, I become that famous Babette, where food becomes the best mean to open minds and hearts.
Our dinners are our magic moments... it may seem absurd but whenever we are around a table with good food and fine wine, tensions disappear, the smiles open and the words flow in profusion... each one wants to tells his/her own story.
I adore those moments and love this interchange of emotions and stories.
